ABOUT DEKNURSE

A question about your baby at three in the morningdeserves an answer you can follow, not more to worry about

DekNurse helps parents understand what is going on with their baby, know how to carry on caring for them, and know when to ask a medical professional for help.

What we believe

Why DekNurse

Reading about your baby should not makeparents feel they are not good enough

01

Clear, and usable

Written so a parent who has not slept and it is three in the morning can follow it. Less unnecessary medical jargon, and it helps you tell what you can keep caring for at home and what should be seen by a doctor.

02

Based on sources you can check

Put together from the guidance and material of sources you can check, such as Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health and World Health Organization (WHO)

03

No judgement of parents

DekNurse is here to give information and options,
not to decide how your family should raise your child.

Breast milk/Formula
Vaginal birth/Caesarean
Working/At home

Every choice has its reasons.

The goal is not to give parents more information, but to help them understand more, feel more confident, and reach the right help when they need it.

Our story · DekNurse by LiliBee & Co.

Born in Manchester.
Created for modern
Asian families.

The idea behind DekNurse started in Manchester, with one question: how do we make information, care and technology work together better for families?

We take the thinking behind standards, safety, accountability and evidence-led care, and bring it together with the warmth and the understanding of what life is actually like for Thai and Asian families.

British Standards × Thai Warmth × Smart Innovation

Our approach

British Standards. Thai Warmth.

Clear standards, brought together with care that understands families.

British Standards

  1. Evidence-led

Information and guidance grounded in evidence and in sources you can check.

  2. Safe & Professional

Safety, clear boundaries and professional standards come first.

  3. Accountable

Open, checkable, and committed to improving quality over time.

Thai Warmth

  1. Warm

Care that is warm, listens, and does not judge.

  2. Family-centred

We look at the child, the parents, the caregivers and the whole household.

  3. Personal

Every family has its own situation, needs and way of living.

The DekNurse system

Information, care and technology
should connect up

  1. 01 KNOWLEDGE

Information you can rely on, written clearly, so parents can decide about their baby's care with more confidence.

  2. 02 CARE

Access to the nursing team, for when a family needs more than information.

  3. 03 SMART PLATFORM

A place where what matters about your baby is recorded, followed and connected up.

Trust through transparency

Trust starts
with being clear

Saying plainly what we do and what we do not do,
about your family's data, the limits of our care, and AI.

Your data

Your baby's records should stay your family's business

We do not sell your data. And we do not use your baby's records for advertising.

Once you sign in with LINE, what is in your baby's book is linked to your account. Open it on another device with the same account and you see the same records. When you sign out, anything left in that device's browser is cleared.

Medical boundaries

Information helps you understand, it does not replace being seen by a doctor

DekNurse information, articles and AI are there to help parents make sense of health information. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment or a prescription, and they cannot replace an assessment by a doctor.

  • Nursing services have the scope set out on each service page.
  • If something about your baby does not seem right, see a paediatrician or your nearest hospital.
  • Using this website does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

AI transparency

What is the AI assistant?

The DekNurse AI assistant is an automated system that generates answers with AI, within the guidance and the safety filters our team has set. No medical professional reads or answers questions in real time.

  1. A parent's question
  2. The AI answers within set guidance
  3. An answer to learn from

If you have any concern about your baby's health, always speak to a paediatrician or another medical professional.

About the AI

If your baby has emergency signs such as difficulty breathing, blue colour, seizures or unusual drowsiness, call 1669 or go to hospital immediately.

When information isn’t enough

When information alone is not enough, DekNurse has a nursing team to help you understand what is actually happening and choose the care that suits your family.

Care should
feel connected.

From the first question to the day you want a professional beside you, DekNurse connects information, care, records and technology, to help families feel more confident at every stage of growing up.
