Do I need to live in Thailand to use DekNurse?
No. We can begin with an online consultation before you arrive in Thailand and help you understand what support may be available once you are here.
Can DekNurse help me choose a hospital?
We can help families understand available options and prepare questions based on their needs. Medical decisions remain between the family and their licensed physician or hospital.
Does DekNurse deliver babies?
No. Childbirth and medical treatment are provided by licensed hospitals, physicians and maternity professionals. DekNurse focuses on preparation, newborn care, family education and continuity of care around the transition home.
Can you support us after hospital discharge?
Yes. Post-discharge newborn support is one of the core areas of DekNurse, including home visits, feeding support, caregiver training and TeleCare depending on the selected service.
Can you train our nanny?
Yes. DekNurse provides newborn-care assessment and practical training for nannies and family caregivers.
Can we contact you before arriving in Thailand?
Yes. International families can start with an online consultation before relocation or travel.
Do you provide visa or immigration advice?
DekNurse does not provide legal or immigration advice. Where appropriate, we can help families identify the type of specialist or organisation they may need to contact.
Do you guarantee Thai citizenship if my baby is born in Thailand?
No. Citizenship depends on applicable laws and the circumstances of each family. DekNurse does not provide citizenship or immigration guarantees.
