Newborn Care Workshop

A foundation group class for your first week at home, learned together with other families in the same session. It covers holding, bathing and cord care, through to reading your baby's signals for hunger, tiredness or discomfort. The focus is on doing it with a doll, so that new parents can actually do it once they get home.

Who it is for: Mothers in the last trimester, and families expecting their first baby.

Mom Meetup / Dad Workshop

A safe space to talk and to share with people going through the same thing. The mothers' circle focuses on looking after yourself after birth and settling into a new role. The fathers' class covers how to be genuinely useful — from holding and soothing to sharing the night shifts.

Who it is for: Mothers after birth, and fathers who want to be more involved.

Private Class for New Parents

  • Scheduled to suit your family

A private class for your family only, online or at a venue, one-to-one with a nurse. It covers the basics of the first week: holding and swaddling, bathing and cord care, reading your baby's signals, and safe sleep. You can focus on what worries you most, and ask anything without waiting behind other families.

Who it is for: Parents in the last trimester, and parents who have just had their first baby, who would like to learn privately.
