A lot about caring for a newborn has changed since the last generation. Having everyone who cares for the baby learn together at home heads off the disagreements later. Up to three people can learn in one session, so that everyone gets to practise every skill properly.

The parent and caregiver training covers every role in one overview and has a workshop format as well. This service is a home visit for grandparents and helpers specifically, focused on the guidance that has changed since the last generation.

Is there a test or a certificate for the helper?

No. DekNurse does not certify individuals. What you get is hands-on practice and a shared approach for the household. If you would like the care being given right now reviewed, the nanny assessment service is separate.

Which areas do you cover?

Every home visit is available in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces only — Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom. The team confirms your area from the details you send before booking.
